General Itinerary:
Day 1, May 30: Depart your home city and fly either to Quito
or Quayaquil. Go
through Immigration and Customs.
Transfer to the hotel of your choice. If you are
staying in Quito - we will have dinner with everyone
that arrive there tonight.
There are many first class hotels in Quito.
Day 2, May 31: Early morning
departure for the airport and catch the first flight to
Galapagos. Representative of Ecoventure will be on
sight with our domestic flight and assist in the check
in.
The flight is about 2:30 hours from Quito to Galapagos.
Upon arrival the crew of the Sky Dancer will meet us,
secure our luggage and transfer us to the vessel,
waiting at port.
As soon as we get in the vessel leave and reach our
first check out dive. Check your new body,
weights, buoyancy, camera and dive gear.
Upon completion of the dive, we pull anchor and steam
all night and part of the morning after to get to Wolf
Island first.
Day 3, June 01: Arrive Wolf Island by noon time,
weather permitting and ready to make here at least two dives today.
Day 4 - 7, June 02 - 05: We will conduct
four dives per day and alternate according to the
weather or stay at anchor between Darwin and Wolf
Island.
On June 5 in the evening after dinner, we start our
voyage back to home port of the vessel registration.
Day 8, June 6: By mid day, we arrive at
Santa Cruse Island for port clearance and Park
registration before we leave back north after dinner.
Day at leisure and strolling at town.
Day 9, June 7: Arrive Wolf Island
in the early afternoon, weather permitting, we will be
able to make one or two dives here.
Day 10 - 14, June 8 - 12: at
Darwin and Wolf. Chasing for Whale Sharks and schooling
Hammerheads, Eagle Squadron, Galapagos and Silky Sharks.
We depart at night after full day of diving from Darwin
to Punta Marshal.
Day 15, June 13: two dives at
Punta Marshal for Seals and Manta Rays. We move on
toward Gordon Rock for one more dive before we proceed
back to the Sky Dancer home port.
Day 16, June 14: depart the vessel
after breakfast for a visit at the Charles Darwin and
Galapagos National Park exhibit and history center.
About noon time depart on a schedule flight to Quito.
Overnight at your selected hotel. I am planning on
joint farewell dinner.
Day 17, June 15: catching up with
your flights to the destination you have selected... bon
voyage!
Tour price includes:
- 14 days of charter on board the Sky Dancer
- All diving equipment: tanks and
weights
- Up to four dives per day
- Photo coaching by Amos Nachoum.
Please bring five of your best images for coaching. You
are encouraged to bring a presentation you like to share with
your new friends on board.
Not included in Tour Price:
- International flight to Ecuador
- Domestic flight - Quito - Galapagos - Quito

- Chamber fee - $35 per week X 2 = $70
- Fuel surcharge $160 per week X 2 = $320

(all the cost are subject to charge and are accurate at the time
of printing this data - April 07, 2008) Are to be paid with the
final payment.
- Excess baggage charges on flight
- Single occupancy on board
- Two hotel nights on May 30 and June 14.
On arrival and departure.
- All items of personal nature such as
laundry, meals ashore, bar, beverage charges and
telecommunication charges
- Loss of dive gear and equipment
- Gratuities
Payment Policy & Deposit:
When we receive your deposit, you will
receive confirmation. All flights and trip costs
are subject to change without prior notice until confirmed reservation.
- A non-refundable deposit of $2,800
is required to secure a space on the trip
- For the 2010 and 2011 trips a minimal
deposit of $1,500 is required to secure a place on the trip
- Full payment is due no later than 90 days before departure.
- We reserve the right to sell any space that is not paid in full by 60 days before departure.
- Refund is made if replacement was found less unrecoverable costs of sales, administration special promotion.
- Cancellation must be made in writing, 180 days
or less before departure - deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund is made for unused part of the itinerary.
